Airpura air cleaners come with a 10 year manufacturer's labor warranty and 5 year parts and labor warranty, one of the strongest and the most comprehensive in the air cleaner industry. (Compare to 1 yr for the Friedrich C90 air cleaner.) 

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied, the factory offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. (minus actual shipping charges.)  Filters have to be destroyed upon return since it is not known by the factory if the machine was used in a toxic environment, so if you return the unit, first remove the filters. A restocking fee of around $120-$150 will be charged, depending on the filter system. Please call first and inquire about the restocking fee. NOTE: Never buy a HEPA air cleaner from a vendor that does not charge a restocking fee and only buy directly from the factory!  Returned units that are not subject to a restocking fee are often re-sold as new units with a new pre-filter and a vacuumed HEPA filter. Because it is never known if the returned unit was used in a toxic environment, it is not safe to buy a HEPA air cleaner from anyone except the factory and only from factories that charge a restocking fee.

5 Year Warranty, Parts and Labor.
Airpura air cleaners are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for 5 years from the date of purchase.

10 Year Warranty, Labor Only.
Airpura air cleaners are warranted to be free from defects in materials under normal residential use for 10  years from the date of purchase.
