Amaircare 3000 HEPA air purifier is a great value. Why?
Unlike department
store HEPA machines which are made
out of off-gasing PVC plastic and feature HEPA filters
surrounded by plastic mesh and glue
that off-gasses harmful substances into the air, the
Amaircare 3000 air purifier uses 100% non off-gassing
material inside and out. The HEPA filter has integrated
seals at the top and bottom so you get true HEPA filtration.

HEPA filters) The Amaircare 3000 comes with a carbon
matt filter (Same material as the carbon cloth used by
Airpura and Austin Air Allergy Machine) that can be upgraded to a VOC carbon canister for only
$114.00. (Our recommendation) Furthermore, our
in-house IAQ expert recommends injecting ozone via a tube into the air purifier (and all) carbon HEPA machines
in order to oxidize the contaminants stored in the carbon and also improve the VOC
and chemical abatement capabilities of the air purifier. The Amaircare 3000
filtration system consists of:
- A pre-filter that can be vacuumed through the metal grill.
- 100 sq. ft of True HEPA filter checked
at the factory to ensure you're getting True HEPA 99.97%
particle reduction at .3 microns. The HEPA filter lasts
up to 5 years under normal conditions.
- Zeolite VOC Carbon Matt filter to remove harmful VOC's that outgas from carpets, paints, furniture, etc. Optional 12lb Carbon/Zeolite filter canister for superior VOC and odor removal capabilities.

This is a great HEPA machine for open areas up to 750 sq ft. Because filters can be changed independently, you won't face a situation where you're HEPA air cleaner is running with fully clogged carbon that is allowing contaminants back into the environment. Realistically, in normal residential environments you'll want to change your carbon filter annually.
