These air cleaners are made to last.  All Allerair air cleaners, unless stated otherwise on the product page, come with a 5 year parts and labor warranty against defect not caused by improper operation, water damage, power surge, misuse, or other preventable damage. The warranty can be extended to 10 years.  Go to the Allerair Industry website and register your air cleaner after purchase and inquire about an extended warranty.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for whatever reason you decide to return your Allerair air cleaner within 30 days of purchase, call us toll free to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions back to their New York factory. Please not, the Allerair factory does not accept returns on the filters, just the unit itself, so remove the filters before return. Once filters are used, they cannot be reconditioned, and it is not possible to gauge the amount of contaminants that were collected during the 30 day trial period. (Allerair never sells used filters as new)  Thus, a 25% filter charge will be deducted. Furthermore, the actual ground shipping charges to you are not refunded, and the cost to ship back to the factory via UPS or Fedex ground insured is also your responsibility.
