As
a consumer, I've always liked to shop on websites that feature customer
reviews. I always felt that kept the website honest. If they were to sell
a crappy product, the consumers will let everyone know, and I wouldn't get
stuck with a worthless product. Amazon is a good example. The
problem I have with buying on Amazon however if that if a problem arises, good
luck getting someone on the phone to straighten it out! Not going to
happen. You'll wait 1 day to get an answer to your e-mail if your lucky.
Rarely are problems fixed with only one e-mail. Hence, the creation of
this message board. This air purifier forum takes the customer review t
feature to the next level. Not only can you post a review, you can chat with
other members, ask questions, get advise, and get information on any air
purifier on the market or any indoor air quality issue. We have an indoor
air quality expert on staff that can address any indoor air quality issue and
answer any question on any air purifier on the market. (His name is Mike and
his handle here will be IAQguru.
A few suggestions on posting. This is a place to post questions or comments on Airfree products only. If you have a general question on filterless air purifiers, post it on that message board. When you make a post here, create a link
to the Airfree product page on the Air Purifiers Superstore
website so others can quickly reference the product in question. To make a
link, simply highlight the word and then click on the link button on the menu
bar (third from right next to eraser) Copy and paste the url (for
example, http://www.air-purifiers-superstore.com/airfree.html)
of the page in question and drop it into the address bar that pops-up. You’ve
now just created a link. If you bought the product and want to post a
review of how it’s working (or not working) or ask questions on cleaning or
maintenance, give as much background information and detail as
possible. That will allow us and others to give good, intelligent
feedback.
All
members who participate in this forum by offering reviews or advise to other
customers will qualify for our Replacement Filters at Cost. Program.
The AIrfree doesn't require any filters but maybe you'll want to invest in HEPA technology in the future to complement your Airfree air purifier. You’ll also be able to save 15% on all future air purifier purchases. Click
here for more details.
We
hope you enjoy our forum. Don't hesitate to call us if you need fast
