The Austin Air Allergy Machine Jr™ is a great bedroom air cleaner. It was designed with allergy sufferers in mind. Rather than utilize regular carbon which can put tiny carbon dust into the air, the Allergy Machine line utilizes a gas absorption cloth that was invented by the military to protect the troops from gas attacks during WWII. It also allows more airflow, thus, this allergy machine HEPA air cleaner will do a better job of removing airborne dust than standard HEPA machines with carbon. Filter costs over 5 years only amount to $27 a year, electricity usage is only 80 watts on high, and this machine takes air in from all angles. For areas up to 750 sq. ft, (2 air changes hr), this HEPA air cleaner is a great value. |
