Ionic
air purifiers use an electrical charge to collect
dust. Some people think all ionic air purifiers
produce negative ions, but that's simply not the

air purifiers produce positive ions and trap particles
on a negatively charged plate. Negative
ions are said to promote good health by many

Ionic technology also
produces ozone as a byproduct. How much ozone depends
